Is outsourcing right for me?
Many companies are outsourcing their IT requirements, there are many benefits to outsourcing your IT but this is not right for everyone. Outsourcing can save you expense of having your own IT department and all the associated costs that come with that. Holidays, Sickness absence are just some of the many problems that come from having your own staff.
To establish your requirements and viability for outsourcing we can visit your business and help assess your needs. If you don't suit outsourcing of its more cost effective we wont confuse you in technical speak, if we are not your best solution we wont convince you otherwise.
People often think of outsourcing as large companies with a huge corporate network, this is not always the case. You may have a small office with half a dozen computers of less, a couple of web servers or even paying for a managed service already from another ISP, either way companies who outsource come in all shapes and sizes.
So what process do we follow to check your requirements, Firstly you would speak to a consultant who would arrange a site visit to come and meet you and discuss your requirements. At this stage sometimes a site evaluation is conducted and on this bases a good indication can be given whether this is viable. Within days a formal quote can be sent over explaining the costs involved and what responsibilities would be included in this quote. This then moves to an SLA (Service Level Agreement) and contract towards handover of responsibilities and management undertaking.
This process is an easy one and we pride ourselves on being open and totally impartial.
